Are you passionate about making complex systems work better for people? Join our Student Systems, Projects and Innovation team and play a key role in shaping and supporting the core applications that underpin the student experience.
As a Senior Business Systems Specialist (Core Applications), you’ll balance hands-on system development with business-as-usual (BAU) operational support, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to maximise value, performance, and return on investment. What you’ll be doing:
You’re an experienced systems specialist with strong capability across product ownership, business analysis or similar roles, and you bring a deep understanding of information management systems and related processes. We’re looking for someone who has experience:

Demonstrated ability to provide creative and innovative solutions to problems, analyse and improve systems and processes, and apply quality assurance frameworks into operations to deliver continuous improvement
This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid and flexible working arrangements, Monday to Friday. Occasional out-of-hours work may be required during testing or system deployment activities. Please note, this role is not eligible for sponsorship.
