- Oversee UNSW brand governance to protect and enhance the University’s brand and reputation domestically and internationally across all audiences, including responsibility for content governance, quality assurance, brand risk mitigations, sponsor/partner branding, merchandise and general brand advice.
- Lead external media and creative agencies and internal social media, news & content, digital content, graphic design and visual content studios to deliver high quality, integrated activities as effectively and efficiently as possible.
- Lead UNSW’s Marketing and Content operating model transformation, bringing people together to create a culture of collaboration, excellence and continuous improvement. Ensure the development of a high-performing, diverse and inclusive team, including team capability upskilling to support digital operating model transformation over time.

- Proven transformation leadership experience within highly complex matrix organization, with the ability to lead self and others through ambiguity and change
- Advanced stakeholder management and relationship development experience, including sophisticated influencing skills and high intellectual capability with the ability to take senior stakeholders and teams on the journey of change
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of sales and marketing performance levers, with an ability to set targets, balance multiple priorities, plan complex work plans and review return on investment. Proven track record in financial/budget management, effective resource management and strategic prioritisation to maximise impact.
- Substantial leadership and management experience relevant to the high-profile nature of the role and the oversight of a large marketing and content team, with the ability to lead with agility, manage and motivate individuals, teams, and agency partners.
